The Plaintiff had a benign meningioma in the brain which a neurosurgeon attempted to remove.

During surgery, the surgeon over manipulated the tumor causing the plaintiff to suffer a stroke and leaving him partially hemiplegic. This case was turned down by seven other Plaintiff's lawyers.
